The top 10 networks by total assets in DeFi
DeFi in the Ethereum blockchain accounts for 64.45% of blockchain assets. Services in the BSC network control 8.18% of the market, while DeFi in AVAX controls only 4.20%. In addition, Avalanche loses to the BSC and ETH blockchains in terms of the number of decentralized service providers. There are currently 208 DeFi on the AVAX network, while the BSC and ETH blockchains have 393 and 486, respectively.
Amid a bearish trend, the value of assets in DeFi cryptocurrencies has declined significantly over the past month. Quite expectedly, the blockchain Terra (LUNA) was the record-breaker in terms of the value of this drop. Due to the rapid collapse of the LUNA rate, the amount of blocked assets dropped by 99.55% to $131 million.
