Crypto data aggregator CoinMarketCap published a tweet stating that XRP has nothing to do with cryptocurrency because the project lacks decentralization. It was also noted that XRP is controlled and managed by the authorities, which is why the altcoin has no purpose or useful use.
The CoinMaketCap team considered all other coins to be decentralized and “people’s cryptocurrencies”. They also added an image of the popular game “Among Us,” indicating that XRP is an “imposter.”
Citizen of the Future, a blockchain research platform, was the first to respond, writing that CoinMarketCap’s position is the exact opposite of what the IMF is saying about XRP’s decentralization.
Obviously, XRP owners have to deal with a lot of nonsense on CT.
